To support the operations, Odissia.com is opening its international offices in different countries. We act as an intermediary between hotels, other online traveling companies, and travelers, providing our customers with the possibility to search and book hotel accommodations, cars and tours online.

CONTRACT BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND ODISSIA.com
This website is offered to you according to your acceptance without modification of all terms and conditions. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the Agreement. Please read the Agreement carefully. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, please do not use this website. We reserve the right at any time to change or modify the Agreement without prior notice, and your continued use of this website signifies your acceptance of the updated or modified Agreement.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

You are prohibited from submitting on this website:

We guarantee that the credit card information will be secured and booked room will be guaranteed. ODISSIA.com uses the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology to encrypt the credit card details. If your credit card is misused or abused due to ODISSIA.com, please call us. If you receive a phone call or e-mail from ODISSIA.com claiming that your credit card information or personal folder is lost and needs to create again, or showing a link to click in and fill it with information, DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION. ODISSIA.COM NEVER ASKS PERSONAL INFORMATION VIA E-MAIL OR PHONE CALL. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE OF YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IF STOLEN. WE TRY TO PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION TO HELP CUSTOMERS AVOID FRAUDALENT E-MAILS OR PHONE CALLS. NO CANCELLATION FEES There is absolutely no cancellation fee on ODISSIA.com. However, each hotel has its cancellation policy and will follow the guidelines according to the hotel's cancellation policy. If you decide to cancel your reservation last minute or you does not show up in a hotel you made reservation, which does not comply with the hotel�s cancellation policy, your credit card may be charged one night stay and other amount according to the hotel policy. We recommend reading the cancellation policy before making any decision to cancel.

ODISSIA.com systematically will provide warning messages for travelers using this website. Our announcements will be posted after the United States and other countries governments issue warning messages for traveling internationally. Such information can be found at www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov, www.cdc.gov, www.treas.gov/ofac and www.customs.gov. ODISSIA.com periodically updates information on passport requirements and travel documentation requirements.

HOTEL RATES
Hotel rates displayed on ODISSIA.com are final.
