This Privacy Statement covers the website www.ODISSIA.com , which is owned and managed by ODISSIA Corporation. The terms "we", "us", "our" refer to ODISSIA.com, an Illinois Corporation. The term 'you', 'your' refers to the customer visiting ODISSIA.com and/or making a reservation through us on this website. Your privacy is very important to us. Your data will be kept by the ODISSIA Corporation in accordance with this Privacy Statement. This Privacy Statement is an essential part of our website and the services offered to you and cannot, in any way, be separated from the User Agreement. If you do not agree to our Privacy Statement, you must not use our website.

Member Registration. When you become an ODISSIA.com member you provide your name, last name, address, telephone number, email address, a login name and password. We collect this information for several purposes:
a) Personal identification;
b) To make hotel and car reservations;
c) To contact you for customer support, if necessary;
d) To send you an email message confirming your registration and a reservation you make on our web site;
e) To improve products to ODISSIA.com, and
f) To receive information about new services we offer to our customers on our web site.

Reservation Orders. When you make a reservation through our website, we collect your personal and financial (I.e. credit card) information. This information includes your name, last name, home or cell telephone number, email address, your credit card number, expiration date, your paypal account and billing address. We use this information to process, to make your reservation and to inform you of your reservation status by email. When you come back to the site and use your name and password, we use this information to grant you with access to your reservation information.

Cookies. A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive containing information about you. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. We use cookies in several ways. We use cookies to allow you to login without having to type your login name each time. Instead, only your password is needed to access the system. Newsletter. If a user wants to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask an email address. We do not share or sell our subscribers e-mail addresses to third parties.

We may also release information for credit card companies, for the intention of resolving disputes that arise in the normal course of business.

Suppliers. We offer travel products from hotel, car rental suppliers and tour operators that are trustworthy companies.

Security. When web site visitors submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and off-line. When our reservation order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as their credit card number and paypal account), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - Secure Socket Layer (SSL). While on a secure page, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just surfing. This is the sign how SSL works. None of our employees have the access to our members or customers private information.

Correcting/Updating/ Deleting Personal Information. If a member�s personal information (such as zip code, phone, email or postal address) changes or if a member no longer desires our service, we will either correct, update or delete member's personal information. Members themselves can change their personal information on the �my hotel� page of our website. Notification of Changes If we decide to make any change to our Privacy Statement, we will post these changes to this Privacy Statement or the homepage; so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we release it.
