Q. How do I make an online reservation at ODISSIA.com? A. On the left side, in the search menu there are the check-in and check-out data, please write your favorite destination city, select the dates of your stay and click 'Search'.

Q. Can I search for hotels by price or specific interest? A. Yes, you can. Drop down the selection box and choose your search interest.
Q.Where can I find the phone number of the hotel? A. After you make the reservation, you will receive the confirmation e-mail from ODISSIA.com where you can find the address and phone number of the hotel.
Q. Where can I find the location of the hotel? A. You can find the location of the hotels with details on hotel's details page.
Q.What's a Double room? Twin room? A. A double room has one double bed; a twin room has two single beds.
Q. If we have two small children, can we get extra beds in the room? A. Some hotels may have a minor extra charge for a child's bed but some hotels may not. We advise you to ask the hotel's administration or contact via e-mail. For your convenience, please send us an e-mail at customerservice@odissia.com and we will contact the hotel.
Q. How are the rates determined on ODISSIA.com? A. The rates on the odissia.com are determined per room per stay.
Q. Is a reservation free of charge? A. No, the reservation on ODISSIA.com is chargeble, you will pay for your room stay in advance.
Q. What does the price include? A. Please click on the room name to find information about breakfast, taxes and room facilities.

Q. Is it safe to fill in my credit card number? How secure is the ODISSIA.com website? A. We use PAYPAL merchant account service and all credit card transactions will be done by PAYPAL which is the industry leader and guarantees our credit card security.
Q. Why does ODISSIA.com require my credit card information? A. ODISSIA.com requires your credit card information as a guarantee for the hotel if you decide to cancel last minute or do not arrive. ODISSIA.com might initiate a no-show charge (generally the equivalent to one night's stay).
Q. What types of credit cards can I use? A. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted to make a reservation. Before making payment, please review the payment page or 'Hotel Policies' section.
Q. Can I pay cash for my reservation? A. No, we ask your credit card details to make guaranteed reservation..
Q. If I do not have a credit card or paypal account, can I make a reservation? A. Sorry, you can not. we require a credit card or paypal account to book a room for you.
Q. How do I know that my reservation has been completed and guaranteed? A. After completing the 4 steps of the reservation procedure, a confirmation window will appear. It will show your reservation details and booking number. We recommend you to print it. After a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email including more information such as the hotel�s contact details and address.
Q. Can I make a reservation of a hotel room by telephone or an email? A. Sorry, you can not. We do not make reservations by telephone or email. However, if you need help you can always call us during office hours or send an email to customerservice@odissia.com.
Q. I have booked a hotel but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do? A. If you did not receive your confirmation email, please check the spam folder in your email to make sure that your confirmation email was not auto-filtered to that folder. If you do not receive an email after you have made a booking, please send an email with your booking number and details to customerservice@odissia.com. We will look for your reservation and contact you back shortly.
Q. Can I book a hotel for only one day use? A. No, you can not; All hotels require one night reservation and charge whole price.
Q. When I can check-in and check-out in a hotel? A. The check-in and check-out times are different for each hotel. You will find them on the 'Hotel Policies' section at the bottom of the overview page of the hotel. If you arrive late or very early, we recommend you to inform the hotel in advance by calling in the hotel directly using the contact details you will find in your confirmation email.
Q. If I arrive at midnight to the hotel, can I still check-in? A. In this case, we recommend you to call in the hotel to let them know you will check-in late.
Q. Where I can find the information about the hotel's facilities? A. You can find this information in the section 'Hotel Facilities' on the overview page of the hotel.
Q. I would like to use the hotel�s shuttle service; how can I book it? A. Please check in the section 'Hotel Facilities' 'Services' if the hotel offers shuttle service. If it does, you can you taxi service from an airport or book 'aiport pickup' service on odissia.com.
Q. How can I cancel or change my reservation? A. Yes, you can cancel your reservation, but each hotel has its own cancellation policy and please read it. Also you can send us a request for a change by clicking on the link at the bottom of your confirmation email.
Q. Is the cancellation free? A. Yes, it is. ODISSIA.com will never charge you a cancellation fee. In order to avoid a cancellation fee, we recommend canceling on time according to the cancellation policy of the hotel. Please read the �Hotel Policies� section at the bottom of overview page of the hotel.
Q. How do I know that my reservation has been cancelled? A. You will receive an email to prove your cancellation. If you do not receive the cancellation email, please send an email with the details of your reservation to customerservice@odissia.com. |
