Let them take a ride on the carousel and watch the boats from around the world. The San Francisco Zoo is one of the largest parks for animals in the United States. There is even a Children’s Zoo where kids can get up close and pet amphibians, small mammals and the ponies.
Golden Gate Park is the ideal place to spend an afternoon. With its wide open spaces and a variety of onsite attractions, kids and parents alike will enjoy the time spent there. The Metreon is a huge entertainment complex that houses movie theaters, video arcades and the Action Theater.
